The secret of 2011 Ford Fiesta fun driving is the fabulously excellent 6-speed PowerShift automatic transmission. It just not makes the drive fun but smooth as well. The Fiesta is powered by 1.6L 4-cylinder which makes 120 horsepower and 112 ft-lbs of torque. On the move, it is the most rapid out of the small cars. A five-speed manual is standard but you can go for six-speed dual clutch manual that behaves much like an automatic. This high-tech setup is loaded to deliver excellent performance and for maximizing fuel efficiency. The Fiesta has impressive fuel economy ratings and stands out among the subcompacts. “Real Energy in Motion” is the right theme to attract the target buyers who also want a stylish machine.

The tight suspension and quick-shifting tranny allow for aggressive driving, a rare trait in this class. The speed-sensitive steering system assists well at low speeds within metropolitan roads but it feels soft on the highway. Fiesta’s 34.4 foot turning radius makes it ideal for driving in city traffic and for the tight parking slots. The wider wheels produce enough contact to stop the car in a linear mode. 0 to 60 mph gallop for a manual-equipped car takes 9.5 seconds almost same like Honda. These characteristics make the drive truly fun and completely enjoyable. 2011 Ford Fiesta claims to earn the fuel economy at 28 mpg city/37 mpg highway for the manual while for the automatic the numbers are 29 mpg city and 38 mpg highway.
