Mini has unveiled the John Cooper Works Concept for Detroit Motor Show. Mini announced in a press release that Mini John Cooper Works Concept will debuting in Detroit Motor Show. This concept car is based on 2014 Mini Hatchback and based on 18-inch alloy wheel base.
They have yet to announce the engine and technical specifications that they are going to use in new JCW Concept. It is expected that the fine-tuned version of 2.0 litre four cylinder engine found in Cooper S will be used for JCW Concept.
JCW Concept receive attractive exterior changes with sports paint-job, new front grille and bumpers. There are no technical data available yet, but you can wait for Detroit Motor Show in January.
The revealed pictures show grey colour with red and white lines. It has large air intakes and rear spoiler. It is expected to be available for sale in 2015.
LED headlights can be seen in the pictures showing John Cooper Works style. It will also receive modified suspension and improved handling adjustments.
You can see the badge John cooper Works displayed on the grille. The rear shows twin exhaust pumps that makes a sporty look. There are also rear fog headlamps can be seen and new brake lights.
Side exterior details looks promising with curved lines on the doors. Alloy wheels show new wheel base that looks attractive.
